Ooh child, I am so excited to finally share a Blackstone griddle recipe with you, and one that even has vegetables! This Blackstone Steak & Vegetable Noodle Stir Fry is one of my favorite newest recipes! Loaded with tender steak, vegetables, flavors, and some heat! This is the perfect complete meal to make outside this Summer on your Blackstone griddle! Of course, if you don’t have one you can make it on the stove top, too!
The reason I joke about this recipe containing vegetables is because although I like them, my husband is basically a meat and potatoes guy. He will pick through stuff , eat some peppers, but for the most part dinner for us usually has minimal vegetables in it. He enjoyed the Blackstone Steak & Vegetable Noodle Stir Fry as much as I did . One, because he had fun cooking it on our griddle. Two, the steak was tender and the flavor was on point. He picked around the broccoli but that was okay with me!

What is a Blackstone Grill?
A Blackstone Grill or Griddle is basically a gas grill that has a large flat top surface. When Mike said he was buying one, I am not gonna lie I honestly couldn’t believe we could EVER POSSIBLY NEED another grill. We have a full size Weber, a mini Weber, a Traeger, and some camping grills. But I no longer argue with his purchases any more and we LOVE cooking on our Blackstone! (Especially for camping and cooking for large groups)!

How to make this Steak & Vegetable Stir Fry on your Blackstone
First cut your sirloin steak in to thinner strips. I actually used Beef Loin Sirloin since we recently bout a part of a cow. Season with salt and pepper.
Then wash and slice and dice all of the vegetables you are using.
Next, keep it simple by placing the steak and vegetables into a large gallon Zip Lock bag or container of choice. Pour over the entire bottle of sauce plus water. Add in your seasonings and sriracha sauce.
Seal the bag and shake it up so that everything is covered in the marinade. Place in refrigerator until ready to cook. I let ours marinate for probably about an hour before we got it on the grill. When ready to cook, heat up the Blackstone to a low-medium heat with cooking oil and slowly and carefully pour the ingredients onto the griddle. Sauté everything and try to keep the sauce from running to the drip tray.
Cook until the steak is cooked to your desired liking and the vegetables are soft. We put a lid over the broccoli for a few minute to speed up the steaming process.
Then Add in your cooked brown rice stir fry noodles and toss all of the ingredients together. Quickly pull off once the noodles are tossed in order to prevent sticking, Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes on the recipe:
I have made this several times and it turned out great. The noodles and sauce will stick to your griddle slightly so make sure to quickly toss them in then pull it off.
How to clean your Blackstone
My husband cleaned the griddle quickly afterwards by heating to a high heat and adding water and scraping the sauce and noodles that were stuck on it. We maintain our cooking surface by cleaning after every cook.
